∎ BSc in IPE or Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering, production management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly cutting manpower budget as per monthly production plan
∎ Capacity study operation by operation and Cutting Capacity declaration
∎ Calculate Cutting SMV according to styles
∎ Record non-productive activities
∎ Follow-up daily plan vs actual cutting
∎ Control extra overtime
∎ Follow-up proper numbering and shade grouping and shade segregation
∎ Follow-up input gap in sewing lines and maintain cutting standard WIP
∎ Organizing cutting according to buyer and lines as per super-shop concept
∎ Process development for high productivity
∎ Proper bundling and re-cut management
∎ Other activities as assign from management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
