Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the lingerie garment production cycle.
∎ Develop systems to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Conduct detailed time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures and help set performance benchmarks for production staff.
∎ Analyze production capacity and implement strategies to meet the company’s short- and long-term production goals.
∎ Ensure optimal resource utilization and manage line balancing.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements, better resource utilization, and elimination of inefficiencies.
∎ Gather, analyze, and present performance data to senior management.
∎ Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including cycle time, throughput, quality levels, and production efficiency.
∎ Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any production bottlenecks.
