∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Computer Network System, Corporate IT Support, IT Support Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Hospital, ISP, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and manage Cisco Switch & Mikrotik router (LAN, WAN, Tunnel, Port forward, Layer 7, NAT, Bandwidth manage, VLAN, and Firewall) also Backup and restore.
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting.
∎ Responsible for handling network design & configuration, networking equipment, network cabling, IP PABX, Call center system etc.
∎ Good skill and knowledge mail system, Microsoft outlook, switch, router, IT security.
∎ Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords & Monitoring network usage.
∎ Have sound knowledge of computer hardware system, Installing operating system, driver software, application Software.
∎ Good Knowledge on WiFi, Router, Access control Devices, IP Camera, Surveillance system, Dish Line-Cable TV, Nurse Calling, Sound System (PA) and PABX etc.
∎ Installation and troubleshooting - Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner, Barcode & Card Printer etc.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information.
∎ Communicates with vendors for technical support and program updates as needed to resolve.
∎ Responsible to implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
