Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed public or private university.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processes company's payroll/ Conversant with labor law & rules.
∎ Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
∎ Develop and execute recruiting plans.
∎ To comply manpower hiring, selecting, evaluating and recruitment.
∎ To arrange interview for the recruiting and hiring process.
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
∎ Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and Screening resumes.
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
∎ Performing on candidate's reference and background checks
∎ Maintain employee records (leave, attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of HR functions (payroll & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
∎ Expert in ERP/ Systech / Cormee payroll software
∎ Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Efficiency in MS Package.
∎ Strong ethics and reliability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Wash
