Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting Company Purpose and embedding Company Cultural Principles across the Plant.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines and monitoring compliance etc.
∎ Ensure that activities affecting the health, safety and environment are identified in order to minimize their risks and impacts through planning, communicating, implementing, monitoring and recording of actions for complying legal and other requirements.
∎ To get the grievance & complains of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.
∎ To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children; etc.
∎ Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
∎ Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
∎ Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
∎ Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
∎ Inform factory workers and staff of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
∎ Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
∎ Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs
∎ Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues.
∎ To make them aware of productivity consciousness.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management (if required).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Good Counseling capability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code 2006, amendment act 2013, other required laws applicable for factories.
