Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A Masters's degree with relevant professional certifications is a plus.
∎ Skills Required: Child sponsorship program, English Communication, Good at typing Bengali English in MS office program

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Child Education, Child sponsorship program, Sponsorship Program
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure information flow to/from the communities is efficient and in accordance to the sponsorship guidelines and requirements;
∎ Manage correspondences process of delivery/reception to/from the communities through designated staff;
∎ Delegate correspondence and report requests to the sponsorship project staff;
∎ Ensure correspondence packages (WorldLink and mail couriers) are received/sent in a secure manner, timely, and protecting child information, and;
∎ Ensure all sponsorship correspondence deadlines are met
∎ Manage WorldLink information to insure data is up-to-date and accurate;
∎ Develop and provide WorldLink reports, when requested;
∎ Monitor key indicators through WorldLink and other supporting systems, and provide suggestions for improvement;
∎ Conduct meetings with relevant Bangladesh staff on WorldLink reports, statistics, and findings;
∎ Attend and contribute during global leaders' meetings and share relevant information with field staff;
∎ Establish and maintain a cross-checking system to insure sponsorship standards are met for communication, and;
∎ Delegate and follow-up with other staff (sponsorship support officers) to insure work is completed and is meeting quality standards.
∎ Provide and lead the training of sponsorship project staff on sponsorship requirements;
∎ Attend training sessions and follow-up meetings with sponsorship project staff, and provide feedback for areas of improvement;
∎ Provide feedback on reports, photos, letters, and information received from the field, make a suggestion
∎ Conduct routine project visits to assist staff in overcoming obstacles in sponsorship communication and to experience, see, and learn about programming, to improve sponsorship communication.
∎ Maintain and manage individual goals to ensure objectives are achieved;
∎ Pursue ongoing training in the form of seminars, conferences, and online learning opportunities, and;
∎ Manage and maintain all FH policies and procedures and live out the organization's values.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Relevant working experience within the Development sector in an INGO or reputed national NGO.
∎ A commitment to serving the poor and in full agreement with FH’s foundation and beliefs as expressed in The Heartbeat: our Values, Vision, and Purpose;
∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems, and/or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and/or GoToMeeting;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, and ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach, and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
