Experience:
Any relevant certifications in photography, story or content writing, graphics such as-Photoshop/Illustrator etc. shall be a plus.
Key Result -1 Regular reports, annual report, and internal newsletter
Be self-motivated to visit the field to collect stories and facts from program staff and develop them into narratives, to be stored in FH`s story bank.
Write, collect, translate, and/or edit reports including project reports, meeting minutes, program documents, and evaluation documents as requested by the Supervisor.
Gather information from fields, programs, and finance and develop an annual report for every year.
Develop a newsletter/magazine half yearly.
Collect information, and inquiries from Affiliates and donors for program information and share with the Senior Manager-Program Quality & Resource Development.
File reports, photos, and all related documents electronically and in paper copy if needed.
Maintain the reporting calendar and ensure communication deadlines are met.
Key Result-2 External Communications
Collect and write compelling impact stories, updates, newsletters, success stories, case studies, blog posts, and tweets for external audiences and share it with donors.
Provide regular program narrative reports as requested by the Supervisor.
Provide communication-related support to grant projects as requested by the Supervisor.
Key Result-3 Program Statistical Information and Evaluation
Support the Senior Manager-Program Quality & Resource Development in writing any type of narrative report, storing program statistical information, sorting information, and organizing the information by Area and/or Region, and provide reminders and follow-up with field staff about reporting deadlines.
Support and facilitate the conduction of M&E activities in the different regions; provide timely, up-to-date, and accurate quantitative and qualitative data needed by the Senior Manager-Program Quality & Resource Development for program evaluation and learning.
Key Result-4 Capacity Building
Provide technical assistance to staff to attain higher levels of understanding and ability regarding external reporting and communications.
Develop and design simple reporting methods for staff to use
Conduct routine field visits to assist staff in overcoming communication obstacles.
Key Result-5 Visitors
Prepare and handle logistics for short and long-term visitors (including budget, itinerary, and orientation), in coordination with Procurement, Logistics and Administration and Senior Manager-Procurement, Logistics and Administration.
Give translation support to the visitors and for internal use if needed.
Provide all background information and documents including cultural, language, and country context.
Key Result-6 Safeguarding Responsibilities
Promote the prevention of sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, trafficking, shaming, bullying, or any type of harm among communities, program participants, team members, and partners.
Facilitate Safeguarding messaging with communities, program participants, team members, and partners to raise awareness and promote the reporting of safeguarding issues through Community System for Accountability and Feedback (C-SAFE) and EthicsPoint.
Act as a reporting avenue for safeguarding issues, and facilitate relevant resources (safety, security, well-being) to survivors in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
