∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Operations Division:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute Cards Local & International fund Settlement of Visa/MasterCard.
∎ Execute Scheme Interchange settlement for NNSS (National Net Settlement Service) & ISS (International Settlement Service) for both issuing & acquiring.
∎ Perform GL account Reconciliation for Local and Interchange settlement and prepare accounting vouchers and post in CBS.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to Visa/ MasterCard for different operations and project & reporting.
∎ Maintain MIS for all settlement and dispute related activities and provide to management as per requirement.
∎ Participate Cards projects as and when required.
∎ Maintain diversified MIS & KPI to set business strategy.
∎ Meet the SLA without any customer complain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communications skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge about Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
∎ Customer centric and self-propelled.
∎ Be customer centric, self-propelled and team player.
