Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect swatch from buyer
∎ To place sample development order
∎ Submitting sample to buyer with details pricing and negotiating with competitive price.
∎ Getting bulk order booking, placing production order, following up production process to meet lead time and placing delivery order.
∎ Issuing proforma invoice for LC with coordinating with buyer and follow up with commercial department.
∎ Receiving buyer acceptance and following up payment collection and LC status coordinating with Commercial department.
∎ Daily check report of overall production of Loom and WIP status on processing floor
∎ Preparing the achievement percentage report
∎ Sharing new product development plan to management
∎ Any other special task given by the management
