Experience is not essential, but 2-3 years of relevant experience in the RMG industry is preferred

Should have good analytical power and communication skills to resolve issues.
Proficiency in PC skills and common Office applications will be a definite advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
To implement Youngone Chemical Management Policy and procedure, Training to related employee, Support CSR Team in environmental sustainability and other compliance related activity, Face Brands and Third party audit, Monitor factory level sustainability activity, Data collection and report to CR team.
Analyzing and keeping records of Chemical, Chemical consumption, Chemical waste generation, chemical usage and other necessary documents related to environmental compliance.
Conducting Chemical Risk Assessment and Impact Assessment of different sections and operations in the factory premises.
Monitoring, implementing and ensuring compliance of environment and chemical management in the factory premises.
Providing training to the employees on environmental and chemical safety issues.
Data Collection and Analysis for facility profile of Higg Index.
Maintaining and updating data for BVE3, ZDHC gateway, IPE Detox.
Conducting internal Audit and Inspection as a CSR team member.
Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports both internal & external.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
