Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify suspects and prospects through market research.
∎ Source potential clients through Internet and Social Media research and collect as much information as possible to create and maintain the client database.
∎ Generate new business.
∎ Conduct door-to-door visits in Corporate Houses, Banks, Buying Houses, Factories, Shops, Offices, Retail Parks, Clubs, Hospitals, Courts, Gym Centers, EPZ, Garments, Tourist Spots, Trade Fairs Etc.
∎ Explain and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
∎ Deliver product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
∎ Provide customer service before, during, and after the sale.
∎ Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts.
∎ Work closely with team and manager.
∎ Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
∎ Create, update and maintain client database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.
∎ Schedule appointments over phone with potential clients for the Sales Team.
∎ Maintain constant communication with clients.
∎ Develop in-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
∎ Make daily client visits and take meeting minutes and Prepare visit reports.
∎ Make daily Sales Team meeting report for the day’s activities and client visit.
∎ Achieve assigned Business Targets.
∎ Extend assistance to the Head of Business Development.
∎ Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Sales and Marketing.
