Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in English / Public Administration / Business Studies or in any other relevant subject from a reputed university

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in relevant areas, preferably with INGOs
∎ Experience of managing as well as undertaking safeguarding/GBV investigations and/or HR disciplinary investigations.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and high-quality report writing skills in English
∎ Good computer skill specially in MS office package
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under immense pressure situation
∎ Self-suf?cient, proactive, self-motivating and has willingness to work outside Dhaka.
∎ Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands to deliver results
