Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree, preferably in English/Public Administration/Business Studies/law/Journalism or in any other relevant subject from a reputed university

Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in relevant areas, preferably with INGOs. Experience in Rohingya response preferred.
∎ Experience of undertaking safeguarding/GBV /HR disciplinary investigations.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and high-quality report writing skills in English
∎ Good computer skill specially in MS office package
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under immense pressure situation
∎ Self-suf?cient, proactive, self-motivating and has willingness to work outside Dhaka.
∎ Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands to deliver results
