Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in English/ Public Administration/ Business Studies/ Social Sciences or in any other relevant subject from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above-mentioned position. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: 1 year, with possibility of extension
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in relevant areas, preferably with INGOs
∎ Experience of managing as well as undertaking complex child protection/safeguarding investigations and or disciplinary investigations.
∎ Experience of planning and undertaking training programs/workshops in child protection/ safeguarding at a range of levels.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills in English
∎ Communication skills in Cox's Bazar local language will be an asset.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under immense pressure situation
∎ Self-suf?cient, proactive, self-motivating and has willingness to work outside Dhaka.
∎ Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands to deliver results
∎ Good computer skill specially in MS office package
