Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Higher Secondary level education/Bachelor or master's any discipline give preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the highly experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all document of D/C sample with C/S. Ensure styling with D/C & all accessories with approved trim card after first pcs output.
∎ Making a discussion with related people about sewing instructions style wise before starting bulk production.
∎ Styling Check every day in sewing line wise.
∎ Making sewing in-line inspection & prepare report.
∎ Making Broadcasting report & send to other related unit.
∎ Follow-up Broken Needle policy as per guideline.
∎ Follow-up strictly pull test by Saf-Q Machine (If have).
∎ Country wise label routine follow-up.
∎ Trial products follow-up especially.
∎ Confirm sewing thread & accessories comparing with approved trim card.
∎ Time to time correspondence with cutting & finishing section.
∎ Follow-up goods keeping & housekeeping system of sewing section
∎ Documents maintain capability.
∎ Any others responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 04-05 years of experience of work in related field.
∎ Experience of work may be relaxed for the highly educated person.
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Self - motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
