∎ Masters / Bachelor's degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recovery management;
∎ Achieve monthly recovery target from write-off and non-write-off;
∎ Control forward flow rates and ensure maximum backward flow and regularization of delinquent loans;
∎ Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity using recovery techniques;
∎ Communicate with delinquent borrowers, borrower's family members, and guarantors through over-the-phone, physical visits, or direct conversation to confirm the payment;
∎ Identify the traceless borrowers to ensure payment from them;
∎ Liaise and coordinate with the Litigation Management team;
∎ Execute warrant of arrest in coordination with the litigation management team;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by giving the best services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience, preferably in a bank or financial institution;
∎ Preferably in the handling of delinquent retail customers in a different bucket and NPL portfolio management and sound knowledge of recovery activities;
∎ Must have product knowledge;
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of exceeding the assigned target.
