Job Responsibilities:
∎ Problem solver, effective communication skill.
∎ Work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Capable to handle inline inspection findings, it's discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions & follow up accordingly.
∎ Implement the Standard procedure for Quality Assurance in his/ her work area.
∎ Assess & develop people effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Monitor and follow up the system and procedure..
∎ Collect & analyze data and make reports.
∎ Develop team spirit.
∎ Ensure 6S in His/ Her work area.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Quality control and product assembly in the production floor.
∎ Critical operation, quality points explain to the Quality team.
∎ Maintain proper records of production, quality test, procedures, standards, supervising all technical issue.
∎ Leadership and team building capacity.
∎ Tough time management skills.
