∎ Lead Transformational culture process from How Are You to Crystal International group Limited.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development Need Assessment (DNA) for both of organizational and people.
∎ For Organizational Development responsible for standardization as per Crystal International group Limited.
∎ Responsible for people development – Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Guiding and follow up.
∎ Learning and Development tools develop facility revise as required.
∎ Budgeting, Cost control, Liaison maintain with the similar stakeholder within the group members of local and the overseas.
∎ Any other tasks his or her area and HRD jobs.
