Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute production plans to meet set production targets efficiently and on schedule.
∎ Ensure that knit fabric production adheres to quality standards and specifications, consistently delivering high quality products.
∎ Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output.
∎ Continuously improve production processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity.
∎ Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve production goals and KPIs.
∎ Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining optimal levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
∎ Work closely with the finance department to control production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain cost effectiveness.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Maintenance and Quality Control to streamline operations and achieve overall Company objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to implement innovative solutions for production enhancement.
∎ Ensure that the production processes comply with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Set and monitor production targets, striving to meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards.

∎ Tk. 374500 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Breakdown in Taka Basic : 321,000 House Rent : 32,100 Conveyance : 10,700 Medical : 10,700 ----------------------- Gross Salary : 374,500
