Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to COO
∎ To look after the Quality Control & Quality Assurance related issues
∎ To look after the work process of QC Store, and QC Production
∎ Prepare all necessary certificate of analysis (COA) for newly developed item for the customers accordingly.
∎ Testing of new incoming raw materials & packaging materials in accordance with approved protocol
∎ Prepare SOP of lab equipment and operate lab equipment according to SOP
∎ Ensure proper packing, date coding, sealing and other procedure
∎ Calibration and maintenance of lab instruments and other apparatus
∎ Ensure release or reject of packaging materials in time.
∎ Preserving R&D documents and follow up the requirements as per GLP standards.
∎ Calibrate and standardize measuring equipment of laboratory and maintain records.
∎ Other task assigned by Management.
