Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Diploma in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile, textile ( weaving )
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up 8 hours' work plan.
∎ Plan and monitor work schedule to meet production goal and other targets.
∎ Ensure fabric quality and check all parameters and settings of loom.
∎ Control and set up manpower to execute managements plan and system.
∎ Floor cleaning, housekeeping, provide training to staffs and maintain all reports and registers.
∎ Reducing wastage and taking immediate decision for any kind of production oriented problem
∎ Reporting the condition of the floor to Department Head.
∎ Check new loom & ensure 1st meter fabric.
∎ To take floor round & monitor all shift employees work.
∎ Follow up and conduct running shift mechanical works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Production management.
∎ Shift management
∎ Up to date knowledge on related machinery / equipment.

Salary: Negotiable
