Candidates having knowledge on SAP or any other relevant software will be treated as an added advantage
Other skills: Strong analytical skills, expertise in strategic sourcing, excellent communication abilities and target oriented mindset
Responsibilities & Context:
· Prepare RFQ documents for raw and packaging materials for the FMCG and pharmaceutical products
· Float RFQ among the enlisted suppliers
· Open RFQ, prepare bid documents and get the necessary approval from all concerned
· Send RFQ documents to the concerned department for technical evaluation
· Prepare procurement proposals/purchase orders and get approval through the routing system
· Co-ordinate with the factories and internal departments to expedite the procurement process
· Work with the suppliers and store/CWH for timely delivery of products and services
· Co-ordinate with suppliers and PD/QC to resolve compliance raised against delivered materials
· Co-ordinate with Marketing/PD/QC for new product development and launching
· Any other task as and when required by the Supervisor
