  • Strong understanding of POS switching, mobile financial services, i-Banking, and e-Commerce platforms.

  • Proficiency in reconciliation, settlement, and regulatory reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Operations Management

    • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities within the Electronic Payment System.

    • POS Configuration, POS Maintenance, Correspondent with POS vendor, Merchant Monitoring, Merchant Reporting etc.

    • Issuance of TR (Challan) of army ration payment

    • Ensure smooth functioning of i-Banking, eKYC, Call Center, SMS Alert, and e-Commerce operations.

    • Provide effective operational support and ensure quality service for all internal and external customers.

  • System Review & Implementation

    • Participate in the review and recommendation of system processes and procedures for assigned channels.

    • Coordinate system upgrades/conversions from an operations perspective, ensuring minimal disruption.

    • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Trust Money before live updates.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Interface with other departments and vendors to resolve operational or customer service issues.

    • Maintain necessary correspondence with switching & payment gateway providers POS/Call Center/eKYC vendors.

    • Arrange and prepare timely reports for vendors and external organizations (DESCO, DPDC, bKash, Nagad, TAP, Rocket Meghna Pay and many more upcoming Payment Channels).

  • Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure all operations are conducted in line with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

    • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.

  • Supervision & Monitoring

    • Supervise operations of POS, i-Banking, e-Commerce, eKYC, Chat bot and Call Center platforms.

    • Monitor service quality, issue escalation, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Reconciliation & Settlement

    • Reconciliation processes for digital transactions, especially, NPSB, EFTN bKash A2A, Service Nagad and other Payment platforms.

    • Ensure accurate T+1 basis reconciliation and settlement for bKash A2A.
