Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree, preferably in CSE/ Statistics/ Geography/ Social Sciences/ Anthropology or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in MEAL/M&E, proven track on similar activities in a large-scale complex database platform (preferably in food security, livelihood, nutrition)
∎ Technical expertise and experience of developing tools, formats for android/web version.
∎ Solid understanding of Database Management and experience of managing comprehensive database.
∎ Ability to conduct training sessions for partner staffs on database management, graduation data collection, reporting.
∎ Should be proficient in computer operation, particularly, in R/SPSS, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes.
∎ Strong report writing and communication skills
