Job Responsibilities:
∎ To recruit new Real Estate Agents in designated Areas.
∎ Strong Team Building of Coordinators and Real Estate Agent.
∎ Follow up Real Estate Agents regularly.
∎ Build strong relationship with Real Estate Agents.
∎ Identify the skill gap in Real Estate Agents and organize training for them.
∎ Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.
∎ Prepare a database of potential customer.
∎ Survey new Area for data collection.
∎ Prepare daily report and send it to the Management.
∎ Coordinating with customers influencers.
∎ Project presentation to the potential customers in office and in project site.
∎ Follow up potential customers for sales closing.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
