Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating legal cases against the defaulted borrower of the company as per internal policy and regulatory deadlines as well as taking proper step for early disposal of cases/proceedings, on behalf of the company in order to smooth collection of money from defaulter clients.
∎ Following all the rules and regulations as mentioned in the Artha Rin Ain, Negotiable Instrument Act as well as all other related laws of Bangladesh in order to legal operational risks mitigation at the time of filling, proceedings of the cases.
∎ Preparing internal legal notice/call back notice as per requisition of the internal department of the company in order to smooth collection of money from defaulter clients.
∎ Reviewing of Legal notices, Plaints, Petitions prepared by the enlisted law farm of the company and make necessary corrections, amendments, comments therein within the SLA deadlines of the company in order to avoiding error as well as reviewing of external legal counsel's performance.
∎ Coordinate with Branches, enlisted lawyers, paper publication agencies for ensuring the proper services from them in order to proper filling of the cases as well as early disposal of the same.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience is required especially into the field of Litigation. Experience in banking/ NBFI sector will be an added advantage.
∎ Significant business travel and work outside of the office required.
