Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot barcode scanners, label printers, and inventory management systems while implementing barcode solutions to enhance asset tracking, warehouse management, and point-of-sale operations.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
∎ Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
∎ Ensure IT security by implementing data backup strategies, antivirus protection, and access controls.
∎ Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
∎ Work with other departments to understand IT requirements and provide technical solutions.
