Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate, analyze and present data to develop set of quantitative reports according to the need of the management.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops, desktop applications and operating systems (e.g. MS-Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Ensure network setup and trouble shooting.
∎ Work on various IT system installation, configuration and maintain back up processes.
∎ Work on software deployment at client side, configure it and trouble shooting at system level.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Set up accounts for new users.
∎ Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
∎ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company technology assets and infrastructures including but not limited to workstations and networking components.
∎ Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses.
∎ Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
∎ Keep updated on the latest technology and security risks.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
