Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in CSE/EEE or Masters in any discipline with Diploma in IT.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ICT Support Services to HR Staffs
∎ Provide hardware, software and network support to HR Staffs and update all system and application software and hardware.
∎ Plan, schedule and conduct training/orientation on new technology to stake holder as per requirements to increase knowledge on IT/IS
∎ Maintain and update inventory of ICT product
∎ Conduct training/orientation on ERP and take user feedback for enhancement
∎ Provide end user support on new and existing software for smooth operations of HR activities
∎ Provide software support to Upazilla Accounts Manager.
∎ Module development of ICT training/orientation.
∎ Frequent field visit as per need.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year relevant experience is required.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Proper understanding on ICT services for HR
∎ Ready for frequent field visits

Salary: Negotiable
