Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, UPSs, printers, IP PBXs, IP Camera, NVR, DVR, and other IT devices related.
∎ Providing technical support to end users on a variety of issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of all systems availability, monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, and identify possible solutions.
∎ Maintain an inventory for all IT peripherals documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ To install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools in the workplace.
∎ Installing and updating Antivirus, Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
∎ Upgrade windows-based Networking
∎ PC hardware assembling and troubleshooting (All Windows & Windows Server)
∎ Setup and maintain LAN (Using Hub, Switch, Router) WAN working with MS Outlook and Outlook Express.
∎ Cable & Server administration, networking support, and CCTV maintenance.
∎ DHCP server configures in Windows & Router.
