• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Experience with simulation software and production planning tools.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, 3D) and AutoCAD MAX for creating layouts and models.

• Knowledge of robotics systems and their application in manufacturing.

• Familiarity with industrial engineering tools and methodologies.

• Experience with PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics in a production environment is highly preferred.

AutoCAD Design & Layout

• Create and update factory layout drawings using AutoCAD (2D,3D) to optimize machine placement, workflow, and space utilization.

• Design detailed mechanical and electrical layouts for machines and automation systems.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to modify and upgrade factory layouts as per production needs.

Robotics and Automation Systems

• Implement and maintain automation systems for machines to enhance production efficiency.

• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain automation software and hardware in collaboration with the production team.

• Develop and install control systems that monitor and optimize knitting machine performance.

Machine Transfer & Setup

• Follow up on all machine transfers, ensuring proper installation and setup in new locations according to planned layouts.

• Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime during machine relocations and installations.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support

• Collaborate with the production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of industrial engineering projects.

• Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on matters related to factory layout, automation, and machinery setup.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new layouts and automation systems post-implementation, identifying further areas for improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
