Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Micro level product focus & select most suitable product type for cutting line to minimize change over and continue bulk production.
∎ Capacity study, production study and historical data analysis to improve capacity.
∎ Capacity and manpower requirements to evaluate production for cutting.
∎ Process savings through innovation & automation & SMV reduction.
∎ Strongly monitor Quick Change Over(QCO) process with related teams and go for future improvements(follow SMED & Lean tools).
∎ Facility layout designing & analyzing VSM( Value stream mapping).
∎ Ensure balancing procedure for equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower and production improvement.
