Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Officer - ICT plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of digital systems at Cox's Bazar Area Office. This position is responsible for delivering effective hardware, software, troubleshooting, and networking support, and maintaining the Digitalization of the Health Information System at Camp 21 PHCC. The Officer - ICT ensures the smooth functioning of internet and data services, e-MIS, data equipment, and communication systems, implementing robust spam and virus protection protocols. Meticulous tracking of computer systems and software, along with troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance tasks, is essential.
∎ Collaborating closely with the Senior Officer- ICT, the incumbent provides vital technical and logistics support during scheduled meetings or events. Additionally, the Officer - ICT maintains connections with all departments and programs, facilitating various ICT systems to enhance the organization's efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 1- 3 years experience in IT support in any humanitarian program
∎ Digitalization of Health Information System Apps-related experience will be preferable.
∎ Knowledge of basic ICT compliance requirements in the context of humanitarian response
∎ Capability to solve Android-based app issues and ICT hardware, and software problems.
∎ Demonstrated working experience and technical knowledge regarding different ICT systems.
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and networking skills and capability as a team player
