Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or any other relevant subject.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Officer-ICT is responsible to deliver effective ICT services and support, including hardware, software support, troubleshooting and networking administration for the implementation and management of the digitalization of Health Information System (HIS) at PHCC and Health Posts level.
∎ With so many devices to configure as well as a robust and complex system to be established in health facility, the incumbent leads the whole process and supports the technical part within facility level. During the digitalization of the health facilities and services, Officer - ICT remains responsible to identify any kind of technical issue (i.e., device failure. network failure) that may arise in the facility and take necessary steps to fix it at the shortest possible time.
∎ This role holder - as the member of application support team- works with health team in camp-21, assists in staff capacity strengthening as well as documents the lesson learnt from the project activities, and reports to the management.
∎ The role player proactively supports in the preparation of various monthly and quarterly reports as per need of SCI and donor, including digitalization project activities presentation to donor/visitors as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 years of digitalization and/or ICT related experience in humanitarian response programs and emergency contexts, preferably in strengthening Health Information Systems
∎ Knowledge of information management, database management, data operations, data analysis, and report generation
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian and donor compliances, humanitarian response operation modalities and child friendly methods would be an asset
∎ Excellent ICT skills, particularly in software and hardware troubleshooting and networking administration.
∎ Ability to work in a cross-cultural context with people of various background
∎ Fluency in written and spoken Bangla, and ability to converse in the Chittagong dialect
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach in problem solving
