Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support recruitment processes for new staff, including preparation of job advertisement and posting, reviewing applications, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, etc.;
∎ Conduct background and reference checks on short-listed candidates, providing feedback to the hiring manager(s) and Sr. Manager- HR;
∎ Ensure documentation for all recruitment processes is complete;
∎ Compile documentation for new hires, ensuring files are appropriately set up and configured; and,
∎ Coordinate induction to the organization with appropriate stakeholders and monitor the completion of the orientation components.
∎ Gather and prepare supporting information and documentation for payroll changes and processing;
∎ Secure documentation for enrollment of staff in applicable benefits and administrate benefits procedures for childbirth grants, life insurance enrollments, etc.;
∎ Collaborate closely with Sr. Manager- HR to ensure that employee lifecycle processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner;
∎ Administer and monitor staff leave records, providing non-compliance reports to Sr. Manager- HR; and
∎ Secure and manage the confidentiality of all employment records (hard and soft copy files and human resources information system (HRIS) digital records), ensuring documentation is up-to-date and complete, periodically auditing records for compliance and accuracy.
∎ Prepare appropriate letters, notices, reports, or other documentation as requested by HR leadership;
∎ Oversee translation, contextualization and distribution of FH materials for spiritual development;
∎ Produce and disseminate the monthly devotional / prayer calendar;
∎ Advise and guide management and staff on the interpretation and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and government regulations;
∎ Assist with the facilitation of organizational training (such as Foundations, policy introductions, etc.);
∎ Pursue ongoing personal learning and training in areas related to the role;
∎ Others as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Direct experience within an NGO/INGO is a plus.

∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh labor law and NGOAB regulations regarding HR matters;
∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and / or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ Ability to travel up to 20% of time per year, to insecure countries or locations.
