Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR process improvements.
• Assist in the design and implementation of training, upskilling, and leadership pipeline programs.
• Maintain employee records, facilitate performance evaluation cycles, and track compliance.
• Support engagement initiatives, HR analytics reporting, and internal communication strategies.
