Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of progressive banking experience, including at least 3 years in asset management, recovery, or special assets functions.
- Proven expertise in debt restructuring, legal recoveries, and NPA resolution strategies.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, insolvency frameworks, credit risk, and litigation processes.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Position: Head of Special Asset Management Division (SAMD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic oversight and end-to-end management of non-performing assets (NPAs) with a focus on maximizing recoveries and optimizing asset quality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive asset recovery frameworks, including restructuring, resolution, and legal enforcement mechanisms.
- Drive the division's performance by setting and monitoring recovery KPIs, stress asset resolution timelines, and operational metrics.
- Lead interdepartmental collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure efficient, transparent, and legally sound recovery processes.
- Engage directly with high-value borrowers, regulators, and legal authorities to negotiate settlements and expedite resolution plans.
- Spearhead the adoption of data analytics, automation tools, and predictive models for portfolio monitoring, trend analysis, and early warning signal (EWS) identification.
- Build and mentor a high-performance recovery team, fostering accountability, professional growth, and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards in all recovery-related activities.
- Represent the bank in relevant committees, regulatory meetings, and industry forums related to stressed asset management.
