Recruitment & Selection

• Staff & worker recruitment, and on boarding.

• Preparing and Coordinating of orientation schedule

• Daily recruitment status follow upping.

• Monthly projection preparation and submission.

• Staff Business card requisition preparation and submission.

• Yearly HC budget preparation & submission.

• Quarterly Laptop & PC project preparation and submission.

• Trainee sewer assessment follow-up.

• Job circular posting to Bdjobs.com.

  Performance Appraisal Management

• Staff’s probation assessment coordination.

• Quarterly Staff and worker promotion follow upping and Execution.

• Trainee operators performance follow up

• Collect KPI from the individual department and prepaid report.

  Industrial Relations

• Following employee disciplinary action and execution

• Memo and Notice preparation.

  Any other task assigned by management.
