Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Management/ HRM from reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR planning, recruitment & selection and placement as per approved organogram.
∎ Prepare interview timetable as well as notify the candidates for interview
∎ Perform Payroll activities with zero error
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll records with current information
∎ Maintain HR database
∎ Prepare daily attendance report and leave status report
∎ Prepare monthly attendance sheet
∎ Collect & verify timekeeping information for all employees
∎ Update personal files and profiles in database.
∎ Maintain Leave Management
∎ To do any other duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 5 years experience
∎ Excellent skills using MS word, Excel, Access & Bijoy Bangla
∎ Well communication skill both in Bengali & English Language.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
