Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Skills Required: Hardware & Networking, Microsoft Excel, MIS
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, HRM, IT System Management, IT/ MIS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & perform data analysis for MIS Reports as and when required.
∎ Should have Strong Knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point & Access.
∎ Required hands on experience in Formulas and Pivot Table etc.
∎ Collect, Prepare and Deliver the Reports as per given timeline.
∎ Synchronize with the team members in collecting product data.
∎ Develops MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations.
∎ Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve efficiency and consistency.
∎ Develop MIS system for internal communication & management support.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ To Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in garments or textile industries.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
