Job Context:
∎ Admin professional with OD & TNA skills.
∎ Knowledge and experience in manpower / Attendance and administrative issues
∎ The job location will be in Rajendrapur, Gazipur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement, such as workflow inefficiencies, communication gaps, and skill gaps.
∎ Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
∎ Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and implement talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
∎ Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and coaching sessions to promote collaboration, communication, and positive work culture.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, utilizing metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
∎ Attendance Management / leave Management / Employee Personal Record File Management
∎ Coordinate Training and Development programs across the group
∎ Carry out Employee Orientation Training
∎ Develop different types of talent acquisition initiatives
∎ New employee joining process & resign process handling
∎ Preparation of Job Description
∎ Performance Management System / Monthly KPI monitoring of the factories
∎ Carry out different Employee Motivation Programs
∎ Arrange Reward Appreciation for employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
