Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation;
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times;
∎ Provides assistance and support to the office in problem-solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of departmental goals and objectives;
∎ Monitoring all operational activities & maintenance of company fixed asset;
∎ Procuring quality products and services efficiently, ensuring proper utilization of company assets and initiating disposal of fixed assets accordingly;
∎ Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and track requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed;
∎ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents and prepare reports and presentations with statistical data;
