∎ Provide services to the Premium Banking Customers in Branch/Premium Banking lounge;
∎ Manage customer query and complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a valid driving license;
∎ 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
∎ Ability to work in a team and capability to meet deadlines;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, results-oriented and self-propelled.
