∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Environmental Management System, Environmental Science
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting regular Environmental audits/inspections.
∎ To Lead, coordinate and support all activities of system audits; Prepare and maintain Audit documentation.
∎ To coordinate and support factory heads to improve day to day Environmental Management system.
∎ To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
∎ To monitor and develop all policies and procedures regarding EMS.
∎ To improve awareness of the workforce and safety of the Plant & Personnel as per Company and Government guidelines.
∎ Management of hazardous chemical waste program including receipt, classification, storage & disposal in compliance with all applicable regulation.
∎ Training on Chemical handling & Environmental awareness among the staffs & workers.
∎ Maintain and improve performance of ETP.
∎ Internal control of the Effluent Treatment Plant. Also, testing and monitoring of the ETP and prepare the reports of measurements of the internal monitoring.
∎ To ensure proper Energy use & GHG (Green House Gas) Management.
∎ To ensure proper water use & prepare water consumption data sheet.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years

∎ Should have the mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Should have good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 23000 - 26000 (Monthly)
