∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Technology Division:
∎ Job Location: BBL Disaster Recovery Center (Tongi, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation & Operations of Datacenter Infrastructure equipment (e.g. Sub-Station, Generator, Automatic Transfer Switch, Online UPS, Power Distribution Board, Automatic Voltage Regulator, Precision Air Conditioner, Environment monitoring System, Automatic Fire Fighting Systems, Structured Cabling etc.
∎ Ensure smooth and uninterrupted 24/7 service operations of IT Active Devices (Server, Storage, Network, Backup etc.) at Datacenter along with Disaster Recovery Site collaborating with different stakeholders.
∎ Establish & Maintain Global Standard Datacenter Practice adhering Uptime, TUV, TIA etc. regulations.
∎ Relevant knowledge on Central Bank ICT & Datacenter Guideline.
∎ Efficient management of Datacenter External & Internal Audit.
∎ Ensure SLA/AMC/Change/Vendor Management along with reporting.
∎ Driving Datacenter & Disaster Recovery Center Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2-3 years Working experience in Datacenter Operations or relevant field experience is preferred.
∎ Professional certification like CDCP/ATD/AOS/ATS will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, promoting effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Be customer centric, self-propelled and team player.
