Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic officer purely for a 6-month contractual position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance during the contract period and subject to availability of vacancies for a permanent role.
Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
Ensure all administration and logistics of document delivery to client.
Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
Ensure proper positioning of Value-Added Services and achieve sales target.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time.
Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Ensure error free data entry, bar code generation, reporting & inventory management.
