  • Strong MS Office skills (Word & Excel).

  • Good communication skill (Verbal & Typing)

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 roster shifts.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer queries via phone and live chat with professionalism

  • Monitor the orders which are received in our E-Commerce portal.

  • In bound customers support for customer query and products and service information.

  • Provide inbound and outbound customer support (queries, orders, complaints, telemarketing).

  • Check the Pop-Up notification E-mails.

  • Check and monitor order status. Check with Vendor whether the order is processing within the lead time and processed notification to the vendor to take immediate actions.

  • Ensure service quality by following organizational standards..

  • Send a Delivery and thanks note to the customer.

  • Track refund/return issues and support operational requirements

  • Any other task assigned as operational requirements
