∎ Masters/ Bachelor from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:

Credit Recovery
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect installment from customers regularly in an amicable way and deposit it in company’s accounts properly.
∎ Must have the challenging mentality to meet the credit recovery target.
∎ Maintain good relationship with vehicle parties and local authorities.
∎ Ensure documentation of all collection related reports, work plans, and officer correspondence.
∎ Take care of credit vehicles and customers by activities and advice.
∎ Be informed about the details of each & every file of the branch.
∎ Submit daily collection report to the Management.
∎ Attain seize process if customer do not follow the company policy.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Applicant should be smart in communication.
∎ Preferable if applicants are from Cox’s Bazar, Chittagong and Patia.
∎ Experience in relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Capable and willing to visit on frequent basis to perform credit collection anywhere in the country.
∎ Well behaved and convincing.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills in oral and written Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Applicants must have a willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), WhatsApp, Viber and Google Sheet.
