রান্নার কোর্স সম্পন্ন করা।
অন্তত ২(দুই) বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
কন্টিনেন্টাল, চাইনিজ, ইটালিয়ান, থাই, জাপানিজ, কোরিয়ান এবং বাংলা খাবার তৈরির দক্ষতা।
দলবদ্ধভাবে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা।
আন্তজার্তিক মানের খাবার তৈরির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
সব ধরনের ঐতিহ্যবাহী বাংলা খাবার রান্না জানতে হবে।
গরুর মাংশের তরকারি, বিরিয়ানি, কাচ্চি ও বিয়ে বাড়ি খাবারে বিশেষত্ব থাকতে হবে।
কন্টিনেন্টাল, চাইনিজ, ইটালিয়ান, থাই, জাপানিজ, কোরিয়ান এবং বাংলা খাবার তৈরির দক্ষতা।
দুপুরের খাবার, রাতের খাবার, সকাল ও সন্ধ্যার নাস্তা প্রস্তুত করা।
রান্নাঘর পরিষ্কার ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে চলা।
খাবারের মান নিশ্চিত করা।
খাদ্য উপকরণ তালিকা তৈরি করা।
