Maintain strong liaison with existing and potential clients, including Malik-Samity, body builders, and fleet owners.
Oversee execution of trade exhibitions, melas, customer meets, and roadshows to promote brand visibility.
Review competitor activities, market trends, and customer demands to plan effective strategies.
Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination for customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Analyze sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvement actions.
Supervise data entry and ensure accuracy in the online sales management system.
Support, follow-up on clients, and ensure compliance with company policies.
