• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and business development initiatives.

• Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets.

• Maintain strong liaison with existing and potential clients, including Malik-Samity, body builders, and fleet owners.

• Oversee execution of trade exhibitions, melas, customer meets, and roadshows to promote brand visibility.

• Review competitor activities, market trends, and customer demands to plan effective strategies.

• Ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination for customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Analyze sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and recommend improvement actions.

• Supervise data entry and ensure accuracy in the online sales management system.

• Support, follow-up on clients, and ensure compliance with company policies.
